Me thinking (¬_¬ )

Don't bit.ly

Avoid using link shortening services on websites. Many corporate networks, including mine, block access to links shortened by services like bit.ly, resulting in lost traffic.

For example, I recently visited the Abstract Lab website to look for illustrations for my new site, but I couldn't follow some of the links due to this issue. That's too bad, I was ready to make a purchase but couldn't proceed.

While link shortening can be useful for tracking on platforms like X, it's not advisable for websites. Using full URLs ensures accessibility and avoids potential issues for users.

And that is all I have to say about that.
